    No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning service. You can provide us with access to your property, and our professional cleaners will take care of the rest.

    We offer a range of cleaning services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning.
  • Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning services?
    Yes, we provide thorough move-in and move-out cleaning services to ensure your property is spotless.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that circumstances may require changes to your cleaning appointments.You are free to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring any cancellation fees up to 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning. If cancellations are made within 48 hours of the schedule cleaning you will incur a fee.
  • Are you bonded and insured?
    Yes, Bright Space is insured and bonded for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning service either by email freddy@brightspacenyc.com or by phone (718) 490-5574.
  • Can you handle large-scale cleaning projects?
    Yes, we have the resources and expertise to handle large-scale cleaning projects, including event clean-ups and multi-unit properties.

    Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the space, as well as the type of cleaning service requested. We offer free estimates to provide you with an accurate quote. To receive the free quote you must complete our client intake questionnaire.
  • Do you offer laundry services?
    Yes, we offer laundry services, though they are not included in any of our standard packages. However, they can be added for an additional fee. Our on-premises laundry service includes washing, drying, and folding, but does not include putting away laundry due to privacy policies. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
  • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

  • Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?
    Special requests will be honored if submitted to management prior to your appointment. Cleaners are not able to accommodate special requests at the time of service, but they can follow specific instructions provided in advance.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Yes, we do! Our cleaners bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, please let us know in advance.
  • How do I book Bright Space?
    Booking a cleaning service with Bright Space Cleaning LLC is easy and hassle-free. First, we need some details about your property and your specific cleaning needs, which you can provide by filling out our client intake form, available for both residential and commercial cleaning services. Based on the information you provide, we’ll prepare a personalized quote for you, which is free and comes with no obligation to accept. If you’re happy with the quote, simply accept it—there’s no pressure to decide immediately. Once you accept the quote, we’ll proceed to schedule your cleaning service at a time that’s convenient for you. We aim to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible, ensuring you get the best service tailored to your needs.
  • Can I request the same cleaner for each visit?
    Yes, you can request the same cleaner for each visit. We will always do our best to accommodate your preference based on their availability. You will have the same cleaner unless they are on vacation or on their sick days.
  • How can I get a quote for your services?
    You can request a free quote through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • How do you handle special requests or additional services?
    You can let us know about any special requests or additional services when you fill out our intake forms. Our team will accommodate to your needs.

  • Are your cleaning products safe and eco-friendly?
    Yes, by request we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
  • How are your cleaning staff trained and vetted?
    Our cleaning staff undergoes thorough background checks and extensive training to ensure they meet our high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
    Yes, we offer recurring cleaning services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We can customize a schedule that fits your needs.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers for payments. Invoices will be sent via www.square.com, a secure platform for processing card payments.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday we are closed, and Sunday we are open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling for special requests.
  • Do you offer post-renovation cleaning services?
    Yes, we provide detailed post-renovation cleaning to remove dust and debris from your newly renovated property.
  • What's included in an advanced residential cleaning service?
    Our advanced deep residential cleaning service includes our comprehensive 16-point checklist, along with the additional points from the basic deep cleaning service. Furthermore, we offer new services such as moving and cleaning any appliances and furniture that can be relocated without damage, washing walls with microfiber cloths, Swiffer, and wall cleaning spray, and using specialized dusters to reach items left behind or underneath. We also provide steam cleaning for kitchens and bathrooms, vacuuming and lint removal from dryers, steam cleaning washers and deep cleaning with detergent tablets, polishing appliances, wood furniture treatment, mattress vacuuming with UV light for disinfection, dust removal, washing and wiping inside windows and window sills, and machine washing all floors with a specialized vacuum/scrubbing machine.
  • Can you clean specific areas or items in my home?
    Yes, we can tailor our services to focus on specific areas or items, such as kitchens, bathrooms, or appliances.
  • How often should I schedule an advanced deep cleaning for my home?
    An advanced deep cleaning should only be done once a year, we advise scheduling targeted deep cleanings for specific areas, such as the stove/oven, inside the refrigerator, inside the cupboards, and baseboards. Additionally, you may consider scheduling a spring cleaning or a holiday cleaning, which are more cost-effective than an advanced deep cleaning.
  • Whats included in a basic deep residential cleaning service?
    Our basic deep residential cleaning service includes our comprehensive 16-point checklist, with additional focus on detailed dusting, spot cleaning of walls and electrical outlets, and thorough cleaning of bathrooms, particularly addressing yellow areas and stains. In the kitchen, we concentrate on detailed cleaning of the backsplash and stovetop, as well as polishing and wet wiping baseboards, door frames, and cleaning glass shelves. The living room receives special attention, with cushions removed from couches for vacuuming underneath, and detailed vacuuming of all visible corners of the home.
  • What is included in a standard residential cleaning?
    Our standard residential cleaning service encompasses a comprehensive 16-point checklist. This includes picking up and arranging scattered items, dusting and wiping all surfaces such as mirrors, cabinets, and cupboards, and spot cleaning any stains or marks. We scrub and wipe sinks and stovetops, vacuum all areas, and use a pet hair remover brush on all couches and chairs. Additionally, we disinfect and sanitize surfaces, load the dishwasher, clean the inside of toasters and microwaves, thoroughly clean bathrooms, and polish all stainless-steel appliances. We also gather and remove all trash, mop floors, change and straighten linens, and perform dry mopping to ensure your home is spotless and well-maintained.
